Construction in Design-Realization of a university residence in SOISSONS

The operation consists of the off-site construction of a student residence consisting of a minimum of 50 studio-type dwellings of approximately 20m2 as part of a design-build procedure. This operation will be carried out in 1 single tranche. It is expected from the teams a proposal for the general organization of the mass plan of the site in connection with the Hospital Center located at the back of the site. (cadastral parcels of section CS n°124, 125 and 168). Any authorized construction method, traditional or off-site construction. The delivery of the work is scheduled for the start of the academic year in September 2025.The deadline for completion (work) must be compatible with the delivery for the start of the academic year. The contract being a global market, in accordance with Article L2171-1 of the Public Order Code it is not subject to the allotment obligation.
