The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.08.2023. to 31.12.2024r. up to 1,014 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 14,618.34 MWh, including: 1) Electricity supply in 2023 (Part 1 of the order) – 4,300.20 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1a/1b to the SWZ 2) Supply of electricity to premises and facilities in 2024 – 5,634.46 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1c to the SWZ 3) Supply of electricity for road lighting in 2024 (Part 3 of the order) – 4,683.68 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1d. The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of historical data on electricity consumption in the last 12 months and taking into account the actions taken by the contracting authorities referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 7 October 2022 on special solutions for the protection of electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed. Distribution services are/will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the contracting authorities (electricity consumers) and DSOs.
Electricity supply in 2023.1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 014 pcs. 2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is included by the contracting authority in Annex 1a/1b to the SWZ. 3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 4 300.20 MWh, including: • for the needs of premises and facilities 2 348.07 MWh, • for the needs of road lighting 1 952.13 MWh The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed. 4. Deliveries will take place from 01.08.2023. until 31.12.2023, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a/1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period". 5. In connection with the provisions of the Act on maximum prices, the price not higher than the maximum price will apply to the settlements of energy consumed in 2023 by the customers referred to in Article 2(2) of this Act, provided that the recipients submit Statements of the eligible customer referred to in Article 5 of the Maximum Prices Act. Annex 1a/1b to the SWZ indicates to which customers (and to what extent) the maximum price will apply. 6. The Contracting Authority Ryn Municipality will have the status of a Producer in the facility with the PPE number PL_ZEBB_2806033635_06 in Annex 1a to the SWZ. In June 2023, the contracting authority plans to connect the installation of 9.00 kWp photovoltaic panels to the DSO network and obtain the status of a Producer. The contracting authority provides for (after the installation is launched) to conclude with the contractor whose offer will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES micro-installation and not used at the place of its production (about 0.50 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor. 7. Electricity supply contracts currently in force shall expire or terminate with effect from the day before the planned start date of supply (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed. 4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual consumption points are described in Annex 1c to the SWZ column "Delivery period". 5. The Contracting Authority Ryn Municipality will have the status of a Producer in the facility number PPE PL_ZEBB_2806033635_06 in Annex 1c to the SWZ. Supply of electricity for road lighting in 2024.1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 538 pcs. 2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is included by the contracting authority in Annex 1d to the SWZ. 3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 4 683.68 MWh. The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed. 4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, with the reservation that details of delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1d to the SWZ column "Delivery period". 5. Electricity supply contracts currently in force shall expire or terminate with effect from the day before the planned start date of supply (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
