1. The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products for the needs of the Hospital Departments of the Interyleski Specialist Hospital in Warsaw.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 26 task forces, in the quantities and assortment indicated in the Price Forms constituting integral parts of this SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party reserves the right, and the Contractor agrees to place orders without restrictions, under this contract, as well as the right to adjust the ordered quantities down or up in the event of circumstances that the Ordering Party could not foresee, with the proviso that the minimum value of the entire order will be not less than 30%.

4. The offer may apply to all or selected tasks. Submission of partial tenders within individual tasks shall not be permitted.

5. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 9. The execution of the order will take place for a period of 12 months.
