1. The subject of the order is:
Delivery of signs, marking elements, road safety devices with installation. Change of permanent traffic organization on DW 812.

2. Location of delivery of signs, marking elements, road safety devices including installation:
Provincial road No. 812 Biała Podlaska – Wisznice – Włodawa – Chełm – Rejowiec – Krasnystaw, section from km 75+090 to km 99+436, in accordance with the project of permanent traffic organization on the provincial road No. 812.
1. The scope of the order includes:
1) Setting up a new signage
2) Rearrangement of existing markings
3) Dismantling of existing markings
The detailed scope of delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices together with the installation is specified in the attached Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which is an attachment to the SWZ.
2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the installations covered by the contract on the basis of a temporary traffic organization project provided by the Contracting Authority (for the duration of the installations) and approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.
3. The Contractor shall secure the marking of works during their conduct on his own.
4. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, means of transport and persons necessary for the performance of the contract.
5. The Price Form (Annex A-1) is ancillary. Before submitting the bid, the Contractor is obliged to carefully check the quantity of delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices together with the installation from OPZ. Due to the fact that the contract for the supply of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices together with the installation is a lump sum agreement, in the event of a larger quantity of the order in any item during the performance of the contract, it will not be considered as a supply of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices together with an additional installation with a demand for additional remuneration.
6. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids to be submitted. The contracting authority withdrew from dividing the contract into parts due to the small scope of delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices along with the installation. The division into smaller deliveries of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices together with the installation makes it even impossible to coordinate the proper delivery of signs, marking elements, traffic safety devices with installation and ensuring road safety.
7. The subject of the contract has been described in the manner specified in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL. The Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described, provided that the Contractor proves in the tender, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree.
8. An equivalent solution shall be considered an offer for supplies with the installation of marking elements made using technology, materials and equipment other than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract, provided that their parameters will not be worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
9. The Contractor shall join the Reception Protocol:
(a) Warranty of the product,
(b) A technical approval or a national technical assessment issued by an approved body together with a declaration of performance.
10. As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor is obliged to "- ensure the participation of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the public task in question, in the share specified in Article 68 paragraph 3 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110, as amended). as amended), having regard to Article 36a, which lays down rules for rounding percentages when calculating the number of vehicles required, where the performance of a public task requires the disposal of motor vehicles. The specific number of vehicles will be indicated by the Contractor at the stage of signing the contract."
