Business Finland Oy and The Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation Business Finland (hereinafter also referred to as "Contracting Entity") have a need for a wide range of translation and interpretation services (hereinafter also referred to as "Services"). The aim of the contracting entity is to find an experienced multi-skilled translator in translation and interpretation services as a service provider who can meet the diverse translation and interpretation service needs of a large expert organisation such as Business Finland Oy.

Translation and interpretation services are applied for in the following languages:

- Finnish-English-Finnish

- Finnish-Swedish-Finnish

- English paired with Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish

In addition to translation and interpretation services, the target of the procurement includes, as an option, transcription services, i.e. subtitles for video materials. In addition, the contract also includes an option for occasional translation and interpretation services in languages other than those required in the invitation to tender and the description of the subject matter of the contract. The tenderer has been asked to attach to his tender a price list for translation and interpretation services in languages other than those required by the invitation to tender.

Business Finland Oy is looking for one (1) service provider to provide the mentioned translation and interpretation services.

The contract is signed for an open-ended contract period. The aim of the contracting entity is to obtain high-quality translation and interpretation services that contribute to achieving the strategic goals of Business Finland Oy's organisation, i.e. economic growth, sustainable development and strengthening competitiveness.
