This framework agreement covers the requalification and development of public spaces in the Sabatier district in Raismes.

It is clarified that this Framework Agreement is a single-contracting contract contract.

Lot #1: construction of road work, remediation — single-award framework agreement to subsequent contracts without minimum and no maximum.

Lot #2: realization of various network works, public lighting — single contract contract agreement with no minimum and no maximum.

Lot 3: realization of works of green spaces and plantations of public spaces, furniture, games, fences — framework agreement mono-attribution to subsequent contracts.
