The subject of the contract is comprehensive property and civil liability insurance of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Koszalin. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 6, 6A, 6B to the SWZ. 1. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The order is divided into the following two parts:
1.1. PART I OF THE ORDER – property and liability insurance:
A. Property insurance against fire and other fortuitous events,
B. Property insurance against burglary and robbery,
C. Glass insurance against breakage,
D. Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;
E. Third Party Liability Insurance;
F. Compulsory civil liability insurance of the property manager;
G. Accident insurance.
1.2. PART II OF THE CONTRACT – property insurance
A. Excess property insurance against fire risks.
