The grouping of orders concerns the geographical scope of line 18. The market is broken down into two parts: part A for SGP's needs, part B for RATP-Infrastructures' needs.
Part A includes a firm tranche (TF), an optional flat rate tranche (TO1), and two optional wafers with purchase orders (TO2, TO3). It concerns the studies and the supply of Passenger Rolling Stock (MRV), an Infrastructure Monitoring Maintenance Vehicle (VMI-A), Automated Driving Systems (AC), Data Transmission Systems ( STD), Centralized Commands (CC); the overall integration of the transportation system; associated services, industrial maintenance equipment.
Part B is a framework agreement with purchase orders, including a minimum amount and a maximum amount. It deals with the maintenance of driving automation systems, data transmission systems and centralized controls.
Part A in part, and Part B are in order forms. Part A of the contract covers:
- studies and supply of Rolling Stock Passenger Rolling Stock (MRV): up to 37 trains of 3 cars connected by wide interconnections, length of about 45 m, width of about 2.5 m, capacity of about 350 passengers at nominal load, 1500 VDC supply by 3
- studies and supply of automatic control systems (autopilot and interlocking), ground and edge data transmission systems (STD), centralized controls (CC) (Traffic Supervision and integrated SCADA),
- the general integration of the transport system,
- studies and the supply of a maintenance vehicle infrastructure infrastructure monitoring (VMI-A) which is a vehicle developed on the basis of a rolling stock traveler, supply 1500 VDC by 3
- the associated services: SLI, guarantees, security studies, etc.
- industrial maintenance equipment.
Part A of the contract includes 4 tranches:
- TF: flat fixed tranche consisting of 2 distinct phases: section 1 "CEA - Massy-Palaiseau" and section 2 "Massy-Palaiseau - Orly". It includes studies of the entire line 18 from Orly to Versailles, the supply of 10 MRV for section 1 and 5 MRV for section 2, the supply of AC / STD / CC equipment for the section equipment. 1 and section 2.
The tranche includes the provision of general integrator of the transport system for the sections put into service, as well as industrial maintenance equipment,
- TO1: optional flat rate installment that includes the supply of 10 MRV and AC / STD / CC equipment for the initial equipment of section 3 "CEA - Versailles". The tranche includes the service of general integrator of the transport system for the extension (section 3) as well as for the overall tests for the entire line 18,
- TO2: optional wafer with purchase orders (1 to 12 MRV) for the end of section 3 and supply and commissioning of additional MRVs, corresponding AC edge equipment, and a set of additional services,
- TO3: optional tranche with purchase orders that includes purchase orders for studies and the provision of a VMI-A for the purpose of surveying, measuring and controlling fixed infrastructures and installations and purchase orders for associated services as well as purchase orders allowing to order one by one the studies and the provision of these functions of auscultation and their installation on a passenger train acquired within the framework of the slices TF, TO1 or TO2 and exploited in commercial service .
Part B of the contract deals with the maintenance of driving automation systems (autopilot and interlocking), data transmission systems and centralized controls (traffic monitoring and integrated SCADA).
The maintenance of the on-board equipment of the interventional infrastructure maintenance vehicles (VMI-I) and the VMI-A are included.
Maintenance of embedded equipment of MRV is excluded. Part B, only with a purchase order, includes a minimum amount and a maximum amount
- the services included in the minimum amount are the maintenance services for software and equipment put into service in the firm phase A tranche (CEA - Orly: section 1 and section 2) for a period of 5 years after the clearing of section 1 (CEA - Massy-Palaiseau),
- the benefits included in the maximum amount are the services included in the minimum amount supplemented by the additional services described in Appendix 1 "Descriptive note and market complements" of this notice.
