Reception, transport and development indicated in the description of the object of the order of municipal waste from inhabited property located in the Municipal Municipality of Turek and their transport to the municipal installation ZUOK “Orli Pond”, Orli Pond 2, 62-834 Ceków, and during downtime installation for another municipal installation indicated by the Contractor in accordance with applicable law, among others, the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended), Resolution No XXV/186/20 of Turku City Council of 17 September 2020 on the enactment of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Turek (Journal of Urz. Woj. Wielkopolski, 2020, item 7150, together with the late amendments), records of the current Provincial Waste Management Plan adopted by Resolution No XXXI/810/2017 of the Sejmik of the Greater Poland Voivodeship of 29 May 2017 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Greater Poland Voivodeship on the enactment of Waste Management Plan for the Greater Poland Voivodeship years 2016-2022 with the investment plan.

1.1 Removal of illegal storage sites for municipal waste in an amount of up to 10 Mg/year.

1.2 Organisation, maintenance and maintenance of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), and collection of municipal waste accumulated therein.

1.3 Equipment of residential properties located within the Municipal Municipality of Turek with containers for the collection of mixed, ash and segregated waste and keeping it in a sound technical and sanitary condition by:

ensuring the washing of the containers made available;

receipt of municipal waste collected in progress and after mass and commemorative events indicated by the installations and their transport;

each time cleaning of waste contaminated land within a radius of 3m of municipal waste containers mixed and collected selectively.

1.4 For inhabited properties the provision of bags and containers intended for selective collection and collection of waste. The purpose, type, size, color, bags and containers shall be defined by this specification. The Contractor will be obliged to equip the property with bags within 5 days of receipt of the request declaration by the owner of the property. The location of the containers (sockets) should be adjusted to the current one indicated in paragraph. IV of the description of the object of the order in this specification, after agreement with the owner or manager of the building.

1.5 For inhabited properties, provide containers for non-segregated waste (mixed). Most property owners do not have their own container for non-segregated (mixed) waste. In this case, the contractor shall be obliged to make available the relevant containers free of charge after arrangement with the owner or the manager of the building, on the basis of the receipt protocol. The quantity, size, types of containers that may be needed for the execution of the order is indicated in point. IV description of the item of the order in this specification. The location of the containers (sockets) should be adjusted to the current one indicated in paragraph. IV of the description of the object of the order in this specification, after agreement with the owner or manager of the building.

1.6 For properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste containers are created by the owner of the property.

1.7 Organisation and operation of the Municipal Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) allowing for free transfer by property owners of any amount of waste indicated in point 1 of the description of the object of the contract in this specification and the collection of municipal waste in them accumulated and their transport to the municipal installation.
