The overall performance is awarded in two lots:
- Lot 1: Acceptance, handling and recycling of waste paper from the municipalities of Erkelenz, Geilenkirchen,
Waldfeucht and Wegberg;
- Lot 2: Acceptance, handling and recycling of waste paper from the municipalities of Gangelt, Heinsberg,
Hückelhoven, Selfkant, Übach-Palenberg and Wassenberg.
Acceptance, handling and recycling of waste paper from the municipalities of Erkelenz, Geilenkirchen, Waldfeucht and Wegberg- Takeover on behalf of the municipalities or the current (according to the current coordination agreement)
also on behalf of the dual systems to at least one of the contractor's waste papers.
providing the pick-up/transhipment point;
- Transhipment of the waste paper accepted at the takeover/transshipment point(s) for further recycling
by the contractor. Insofar as waste paper is delivered to the takeover/transshipment point(s),
which is collected in the municipalities on behalf of the dual systems, the contractor undertakes to:
conclude a contract with these companies or the third parties commissioned by them, which
takes over and regulates the transshipment on the same terms as in the contractor's offer for the
District of Heinsberg.
- Coordination with the dual systems or their representatives on the necessary collection procedures
PPK's share in the takeover/
Umschlagstelle/-n;
- Recycling of the municipal waste paper content (including transport and recycling logistics as well as disposal of the
contaminants/sorting residues).
