The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works and the provision of the Contract Engineer service as part of the project entitled Creation of conditions for the development of the Miękinia Subzone within the Legnica Special Economic Zone, including:
a) Part I - execution of construction works for the task entitled "Construction of a new sewage treatment plant with sewage system and water supply network in the municipality of Miękinia"
b) Part II – performance of the service: Contract Engineer for the project entitled "Creation of conditions for the development of the Miękinia Subzone within the Legnica Special Economic Zone"
"Construction of a new sewage treatment plant with sewage system and water supply network in the municipality of Miękinia"The planned infrastructure will be used to develop the areas of the Legnica Special Economic Zone (LSEZ) - Miękinia Subzone. The area of industrial areas is approx. 200 ha. The scope of the investment, in addition to construction works, also includes design.
The material scope consists of:
1. Construction of water supply network treated to supply production plants
in the LSEZ economic activity zone and construction of sewage systems discharging sewage from the LSEZ economic activity zone to the new treatment plant.
Currently, it is estimated that the diameter of the sewer pipeline will be 300 mm in one case, in the other in the range from 180 mm to 300 mm. The final diameter will be selected by the designer based on technical calculations. The works will include design, preparatory work and execution.
2. Construction of a new sewage treatment plant in the municipality of Miękinia together with an access road.
The technological line will consist of a sewage and sludge part. The facility will enable the treatment of wastewater generated in industrial plants in the economic activity zone. It concerns both typically industrial wastewater and social wastewater generated by employed employees. In addition, an installation will be built to enable the utilization of sewage sludge. The capacity of the treatment plant is expected to be about 6.5 thousand m3 per day. However, the final performance will be adjusted to the actual demand reported by investors. The works will include design, preparatory works, technological facilities, equipment, internal roads, land development, inter-facility networks, necessary installations and utility supply.
"Construction of a new sewage treatment plant with sewage system and water supply network in the municipality of Miękinia"The subject of this contract are Services related to investor's supervision over Works and management of Contracts for Works mentioned above. The services will include the performance of the duties of the Engineer in accordance with the terms of the Works Contract, the performance of the duties of the Investor's Supervision Inspector in accordance with the provisions of law in force in Poland, in particular the Construction Law, preparation of reports, material and financial settlement of Works Contracts and the entire Project.
The investment will be carried out on the basis of a BIM data model prepared by the Contractor. The engineer will verify the assumptions of the model in terms of compliance with the contract for works. Then, all design work and preparation of as-built documentation will be carried out and supervised in the BIM model.
