The total amount based on the tender is estimated at € 538,000.00. For the contract in question, the costs of security, pursuant to art. 26 paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 81/08, are equal to zero.
ATAC reserves the right, if necessary, to introduce, even during the performance of the service, increasing variations to the same that do not essentially change the type, within the limits of 20% and the contractor will be required to provide the service as varied at the same prices, agreements and conditions without being able to claim any increase in the agreed contractual amount, As provided for in art. 4 of the Special Specifications.
Since these are services of an intellectual nature, the activities covered by the contract are not considered subject to the obligation referred to in art. 23 paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended by art. 13 of Legislative Decree 56/2017, regarding the indication of the cost of labor.
The assignment has a duration of three financial years - 2023, 2024 and 2025 - starting from the day of assignment and in any case starting from the day following the date of approval of the financial statements for the year 2022 and until the date of approval of the financial statements for the year 2025, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 39 of 27 January 2010. Other activities other than the statutory audit service will be completed after the date of approval of the financial statements for the third year of the engagement.
The contractual relationship may have a shorter duration in the event that the forfeiture, revocation or modification of the in-house assignment to ATAC occurs, as provided for by Municipal Resolution no. 273 of 6/08/2015, without the recognition of any amount, including compensation, in favor of the contracted operator.
The award will take place pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 3 letter b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, as detailed in art. 6 of the Special Specifications.
