As part of the present award procedure, the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences (client) writes a trading partner (contractor) for the purchase of Microsoft software licenses based on the additional agreement CTM for the Microsoft campus and school contract (CASA) Framework contract no. 4762314 between Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (“Microsoft”) and the Leibniz Rechenzentrum Garching (LRZ) for eligible institutions. This contract has a term of 3 years ending April 30, 2024.
