Framework agreement for the implementation of electrical installations for Mainzer Netze GmbH

The Communication and Security Technology department of Mainzer Netze GmbH (MN) plans and installs security systems as well as communication systems. The subject of the services is electrical installation work for small, unplannable and short-term measures. This means that the retrieval amounts (according to the description under point 1.5 Scope of services of the application conditions) will usually not exceed a maximum value of approx. € 30,000.

In exceptional cases, however, we reserve the right to carry out a competition within the annual contractual partners in the form of a bid in the event of higher order values. For this purpose, a percentage must be offered that is valid for all services of the framework agreement.

The tender includes purely auxiliary work, while the material supply is carried out by MN.

Support is required for the following cable installation work:

• Laying of different types of cables and wires

• Assembly of various installation systems

• Assembling various devices and cans

• Carrying out clamping work

• Carrying out chiseling work and creating fire bulkheads

• Documentation (e.g. measurement) of the completed work

The above-mentioned quantity structure was determined from the invoiced quantities in the period 2020 to 2022.

It is planned to award the electrical installation work of the framework contracts to a maximum of 2 companies.

It is also planned to conclude the framework agreement with the selected bidders for a term of 4 years.
