1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of travel made as part of the activities carried out by the Pomerania Development Agency S.A., including:

1) booking and sale of air tickets on domestic and foreign routes, including tickets from the so-called low-cost carriers and related services,

2) reservation and sale of hotel places in the country and abroad along with carrying out all related formalities,

3) ensuring the most advantageous transfers during foreign travel, in particular on the route airport-hotel, hotel-airport, hotel-fair, fair-hotel, fair-airport, airport-fair with all related formalities.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the OPZ (Annex 1 to SWZ) and in the template of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).

1. The award of a contract may be applied for by economic operators who:

1.1. the following shall not be excluded:

1.1.1. pursuant to Article 108(1) of the PPL, the exclusion of the Contractor takes place in accordance with Articles 110 and 111

PPL, in so far as those provisions refer to mandatory grounds for exclusion.

1.1.2. pursuant to Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of

counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (OJ L of

2022, item 835)

1.1.3. pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning measures

limiting in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Dz. EU No L 229 of

31.7.2014, str. 1)
