This bill of quantities includes services for the production of the screeds including insulation layers in the course of the conversion of the coach house into a multifunctional hall. Cement screeds designed for a payload of 5 kN/m2 are planned. Most of these are designed as heated screeds.

Floor coverings consisting partly of small-format brick tiles (approx. 24/12 cm) and partly of large-format stoneware tiles (approx. 60/60 cm). In the kitchen, an epoxy resin coating must be carried out on a slope.
