The subject of the Order is:
1) delivery of twenty-two (22) pieces of Tail Gearbox of the EC135 helicopter, together with each delivery of transport boxes in which the gearboxes will be packed,
2) handing over by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, twenty-two (22) gearboxes taken out of service by the Contracting Authority in connection with the limits between overhauls or as a result of a defect requiring workshop repair, in settlement for the delivery of twenty-two (22) gearboxes delivered.
1. The object of the order is:
1) delivery of twenty-two (22) pieces of Tail Gearbox of the EC135 helicopter, together with each delivery of transport boxes in which the gearboxes will be packed,
2) handing over by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, twenty-two (22) gearboxes taken out of service by the Contracting Authority in connection with the limits between overhauls or as a result of a defect requiring workshop repair, in settlement for the delivery of twenty-two (22) gearboxes delivered.
2. Gears supplied:
1) PN: L652A0101052 (L652A0000053), will be delivered successively in accordance with the delivery schedule constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement,
2) these will be overhauled rear gearboxes with a full overhaul interval for all parts of the gearbox, overhauled not earlier than in the year preceding the delivery date of each gearbox,
3) they will be overhauled gearboxes, with a full overhaul interval (TSO = 0 FH) for all parts of the gearbox, overhauled no earlier than in the last 24 months preceding the date of delivery,
4) all applicable airworthiness directives, mandatory service bulletins, mandatory modifications and other activities not listed that affect the airworthiness of the transmission, applicable during the overhaul, will be complied with.
3. Gears for replacement:
1) PN: L652A0101052,
2) taken out of service by the Ordering Party in connection with the limits between overhauls or as a result of a defect requiring workshop repair,
3) serial numbers of the gearbox for replacement are included in Appendix No. 3 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
