The project consists of:

- the demolition / deconstruction of existing constructions located at Avenue du Port 55 in 1000 Brussels;

- the construction of a new building located Avenue du Port 55 at 1000 Brussels. The new construction will house the following functions:

—— an integrated reception and accommodation center for ASBL Transit with an area of +/- 4,200 m 2 rough.

The ASBL Transit offers joint services for drug users in precarious situations;

—— technical and administrative areas of +/- 800 m 2 rough and a car park of +/- 450 m 2 rough for the Port of Brussels.

- The restructuring of part of the workshops / storage at the Port of Brussels.
