The Telecom infrastructure is part of a total concept that extends to new (wireless) network technologies, online communities, cloud computing, BYOD and an adaptive, scalable architecture.

With this assignment, the contracting authority wishes to select a partner for its telecom infrastructure. Telecom includes all network infrastructure such as LAN network, MAN network, Wifi network, Point to Point radius connections and telephony infrastructure.
