Winter maintenance of paved streets, dirt roads and intersections in Otwock from 01.11.2023 to 31.03.2024 in an open tender procedure.
3. Scope: Winter maintenance of paved streets, dirt roads and intersections in Otwock from 01.11.2023 to 31.03.2024.
in an open tender procedure:
1) In the months from December to March, winter maintenance of the surface of the indicated intersections and fragments of paved streets and dirt roads of the length of
up to 50 km using 2 salt ploughs by ripping and/or sprinkling with material
to remove slippery conditions, in accordance with the material scope of this proposal,
while maintaining the following standards:
(a) ensuring passability, i.e. removing snow and slipperiness in no longer than
more than 6 hours from the time of slippery and snowfall,
b) in the event of precipitation or cessation of precipitation, loose snow or slush must not remain for more than 8 hours,
(c) snow drifts or tongues at islets, asylums, etc., must be cleared
within 12 hours of the cessation of precipitation,
d) 100% non-chemical agents should be used for gritting the roadway.
e) In cases justified by weather conditions and the specificity of the area of the City of Otwock, the Contracting Authority may agree to the use of other chemicals approved for use in winter road maintenance in Poland, aggregate and a mixture of the above agents.
2) In the month of November, winter maintenance of paved streets, dirt roads and intersections using 1 plough by flushing and/or sprinkling with material
in accordance with the standard referred to in paragraph 2(1).
3) Winter maintenance of paved streets, dirt roads and intersections
in Otwock will be carried out from 01.11.2023 to 31.03.2024.
a) the specified date may be postponed depending on the weather conditions and/or at the request of the Ordering Party,
(b) a day within the meaning of this proposal shall be the time from 00:00
00:00 the next day.
4) All works related to the implementation of the subject matter of the contract should be performed in such a way that the traffic difficulties are minimal.
5) The Contractor is obliged to be on duty during the term of the contract
by workers, together with appropriate mechanical equipment to enable them to
for the immediate commencement of winter road maintenance activities
and to conduct round-the-clock observation of weather phenomena through control trips and recording data on temperature and precipitation. The assessment of these parameters and verification of the condition of the road surface will be the basis for
until the possible commencement of road maintenance activities by the Contractor.
6) The Contractor is obliged to have at its disposal appropriate, technically efficient equipment:
2 vehicles – ploughs with a capacity of at least 4.0 m3 with a video recording system for the entire route to show the history of the vehicle's route (manufactured after 2007);
7) Unused guaranteed shares from a given month are carried over to the following months. The Contracting Authority will settle twelve guaranteed shares in the 23/24 season in the months of December, January, February and March.
8) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the attached material scope during the term of the contract.
9) In the months of December and March, the Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor PLN 15,000.00 each. gross
per vehicle, i.e. PLN 30,000.00 gross monthly lump sum for 2 vehicles (plug-in trucks).
In the month of November 2023 The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor a lump sum in the amount of PLN 5000.00 for 1 vehicle and the gross amount of PLN 500.00 for each 1 km of winter snow removal of roads and intersections. Vehicles must be in good working order and equipped with a video recording system for the route and GPS.
