The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan to cover the planned budget deficit of the Puławy County in 2023 and to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans in the amount of PLN 11,000,000. in accordance with applicable law (Act of 29 August 1997, Banking Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2439, as amended). A detailed description of the subject of the contract and detailed conditions and rules for the performance of the contract are included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant bids within the meaning of Article 92 point 1 of the Act. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 – 315 of the Act. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Act. The contracting authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.
