The Commission is required to produce a report on economic and social cohesion every 3 years. The sixth issue of this report is scheduled for adoption by the Commission in spring 2014. Preparatory work will take place throughout 2013. The tasks of this contract can be regrouped in 2 distinct phases, the first comprising all activities up to the adoption of the communication by the Commission, the second including all activities following its adoption.
