The procurement's extent will include an instrument for analysis of THC-COOH in hair. This can be a GC-MS/MS instrument or an instrument that can be used in combination with the existing instrument (chromatograph or MS/MS), possibly other instruments that see to the need and specifications. The instrument shall also be implemented and training shall be provided. The instrument shall have a two year guarantee and the contracting authority shall have an option for service and maintenance after the guarantee period has expired.
