The scope of the assignment includes the implementation of the salary administration for all salary functions of VNG and the functional management of the system. The requested service includes the provision of consultancy for substantial expansions and in the development / design of new modules and functionalities, the provision of a help desk and the necessary activities for the implementation of the requested service. The services are provided using the ECHR system AFAS.

After the contract has been awarded, VNG wishes to conclude an agreement with one tenderer for a period of two (2) years with the option of extending eight (8) times for a period of one (1) year.

There are approximately 450 internal employees (remuneration and licenses).
