Chiltern District Council is procuring on behalf of itself and South Bucks District Council a contract to provide building services, planned and reactive maintenance and cleaning and associated services. The services covered are: Building Management Systems, Care-taking, CCTV, Cleaning, Emergency lighting, Energy monitoring and reduction, Evacuation chairs, Fire alarm systems, Fire doors, Fire extinguishers, Fire Suppression system, Fixed electrical installations, Generators, Indoor air quality, Installed fixed plant, Intruder alarm/security systems, Lifts, Lightning protection, Main doors (automated/revolving), Portable appliance testing (PAT) and Water quality. The services are to be provided in the 3 main office buildings and a range of smaller buildings across the 2 Districts. The initial contract period will be 48 months from February 2017 with 2 possible extensions of up to 24 months each.
