The main purpose of this procedure is to contract editorial services for the development and elaboration of a range of publications and deliveries varying from substantial policy oriented and scientific publications to easy accessible policy briefs and fact sheets with a more journalistic touch as well as presentations.

The ESPON publications and deliveries for which the external expertise will be required address a multifaceted and wide range of themes and topics. The service provider is expected to be able to deliver writing and editorial services as well as being capable of handling data and mapping. The degree of involvement of the external expertise in the different types of publications and deliveries will vary depending of the specific task requested. All the services will be carried out in close cooperation with the ESPON CU.
