The subject of the contract is the construction of a public building: accommodation building embedded together with internal installations as well as accompanying infrastructure, i.e. connections to the building, fencing, walkways, internal access road. On the ground floor the following rooms will be made: 6 2-bed rooms (with hallway and bathroom), 2 1-bed rooms (with hallway and bathroom), kitchen facilities, cafeteria, common room, lobby, utility rooms, duty room. The following rooms will be made upstairs: 7 2-bed rooms (with hallway and bathroom), 2 1-bed rooms (with hallway and bathroom), laundry/dryer, common room, office rooms, utility rooms, manager's room. Location and existing state:Olsztyn street Opolska 42 plot no 175 within 98 Olsztyn. The entrance to the investment area is located from Česká Street - outside the close area of the penitentiary unit.

BUILDING OF ACCOMMODATION EMBEDDED SO CALLED. TRANSITIONAL HOUSE - The facility is designed in a traditional and partially industrialized system. Two-storey building, non-cellar with flat floor.

The following installations: central heating, cold and hot water, hydrant, plumbing, electrical, teletechnical and photovoltaic system. To the building it is necessary to make connections: water, sanitary plumbing, rainwater drainage, c.o.As part of the investment will be made strings and pedestrian areas, service road and parking spaces (18 places including one parking space for a disabled person). Designed strings have a concrete paving pavement of 6 cm. The road and parking spaces are designed from concrete paving stones of 8cm. The subject of the contract shall cover any works which are directly and indirectly related to the performance of the subject of the contract and thus the obligations of the Contractor shall include all tasks, components and works which are covered by the design documentation and concerning the subject matter of the contract, in particular the scope of the subject of the contract is covered by all temporary works and also: 1) the execution of preparatory works, including the demolition of the steel structure of a non-existent building; 2) the organization of the construction site; 3) the performance of other construction works, services and supplies specified in the documentation design and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works and in the description of the subject of the contract necessary for the proper performance of the object of the contract.
