The work to be designed and carried out concerns: the restructuring of building 31, repair of the waterproofing on the roof and the downspouts of rainwater, the ITE, the replacement of exterior joinery. Heavy restructuring of the levels R + 1, R + 2 and R + 3, refreshment on the R + 1 of the BTS single rooms, including sanitary block / showers). Abolition of official accommodation number 4 (duplex), specific intervention to treat infiltration. Other work: refreshing the ground floor and the foyer (excluding production premises for the catering service, replacement and relocation of the negative cold room for the catering service, occasional interventions in the foyer, treatment of staircase infiltration, computer cabling for the installation of Wi-Fi hotspots. The share of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority amounts to 5,312,500.00 EUR excl. tax of which 1,562,500.00 EUR excl. tax for the firm tranche and 3,750,000 .00 EUR HT for the optional tranche.
The successful tenderer will be entrusted with a basic mission (including SSI mission) supplemented by inventory missions with inventory of existing (partial DIAG) and quantitative measurements (partial EXE) and additional assistance missions: definition and choice of furniture equipment, processing of signage, relocation of premises linked to works, summer comfort analysis with thermodynamic simulation.
The project management mission is broken down into a firm phase: DIAG to ACT and additional assistance missions over the entire program, VISA to AOR on the firm phase of works and an optional phase.
As a forecast, the project management mission should start on 5.11.2020.
