The purpose of this project management contract is for the construction of 31 social rental housing units - Rue des Sports in the municipality of THEIX NOYALO.

The services requested from the project manager, as part of this operation, concern a partial project management mission in accordance with the ELAN law n°2018-1021 of November 23, 2018.

The missions entrusted are ESQ/APS/APD/PC/PRO/ACT/EXE and VISA + quantitative on all lots + missions and RE2020 calculations
