Framework Agreement for the procurement of medicines and pharmaceutical consultancy services.

The following products are included in the contract:

— medicines in original packing and pharmacy specific products,

— portion packed medicines (multi-portions),

— pharmaceutical consultancy services (including inspections).

The contract will be valid for 2 years from 1.4.2019. The Contracting Authority will have an option for an extension for 12 months at a time, for up to 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract is, therefore, 4 years.
