The object of the public contract is to take out a group insurance of the “cash balance” type via a Tak23 policy for the employees of the White-Yellow Cross of West Flanders. In addition, death cover and the waiver of premium guarantee will also be taken out for this group.

Insurers are considered in this competition procedure for the conclusion of the various insurance policies as the only possible parties that can act as candidates.
