The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide advice and purchase advertising space for Inserm's communication campaigns.
The framework agreement is intended to define the general terms governing the award and performance of subsequent contracts concluded on its basis and over the period set in Article 6 of the CCP.
This framework agreement does not set out precisely the subject of the subsequent contracts. On the other hand, the exact subject of subsequent contracts is indicated in the constituent documents of each subsequent contract.
The expected services are as follows:
- media advice and production of a media planning;
- purchase of advertising space.
