The work concerns the repair of the carriageways of the A43 motorway on the current Bron-Manissieux section between PR 3+400 and PR 9+200 in direction 1 (Lyon/Chambéry) and in direction 2 (Chambéry/Lyon), as well as the carriageways of the concession ramps of junctions n°3 Porte des Alpes and n°4 Bron Aviation and the A43/A46 junction including collectors.

The work is planned to be carried out at night, over a forecast period from June to September in 2025 (work in direction 1) and in 2026 (work in direction 2).

The ramps and slippers of the diffusers and the bifurcation will be treated concomitantly with the current section in each direction.

The work will include, for information purposes:

- renewal of the surface course (approximately 25,000 tonnes);

- Localised purges of bond/base layers (approximately 8,100 tonnes);

- the removal of asbestos mix present in several areas of the current section and ramps of diffusers n°3 and 4 (approximately 4,100 tonnes of asbestos strawberries);

- Carrying out ancillary work such as bypassing, shaving removed, etc.
