The tender concerns a framework agreement covering the supply of partially buried waste systems, as well as the supply of spare parts, washing and services for waste systems purchased on the Framework Agreement. The contracting entity may order a fixed annual service check in connection with the acquisition of a partially buried waste system, after which the warranty period is extended to 10 years, cf. clause 6.2.2. The contracting entity also has the possibility to order ad hoc service checks and/or washing of the waste systems, in accordance with the requirements specification set out in Annex 1. The agreement concerns a larger concrete project as well as the ongoing deliveries, which Furesø municipality expects to come at a later date, but which have not currently been approved and initiated. This means that the Offeror must expect that the first order for a partial delivery comprising a total of 9 outer containers will be placed immediately after the contract is signed.

// PRISREGULERING //
The Offeror is requested to note that the prices of the contract are regulated by the Ordering Party's order for the contract (and not at a periodic interval as is otherwise often used). The reason for this is that it has been the Contracting Entity's intention to ensure fair price regulation with the current market situation.
VALUE OF THE AGREEMENT //
The contracting entity estimates the total framework of the agreement at 150 waste systems, as well as associated spare parts and services as specified in the Tender List, cf. Appendix 4, corresponding to 3 mio.kr. for the duration of the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement contains the option to extend the framework of the Framework Agreement by 20%, i.e. with 30 pieces and associated spare parts and services corresponding to DKK 600,000.
The total maximum value of the framework agreement is calculated in quantities and thus has a total of 180 partially buried waste systems and associated spare parts and services corresponding to DKK 3.6 million for the duration of the agreement, including options for the extension of the framework.
Based on the quantities indicated, the estimated value of the framework agreement at the time of the tender corresponds to a total of DKK 12.2 mio.kr. (ex VAT), but the actual total maximum value of the framework agreement may increase or decrease during the contract period, depending on price developments, since the maximum value of the agreement is partially calculated in quantities as indicated above.
The declared volumes are based on an estimate of expected future consumption. The value is thus indicative and the Supplier is not guaranteed any minimum turnover.
