This is a contract award notice for appointment of 5 partners on a framework agreement to deliver employers agent and project management service on a number of residential new build schemes.

The framework agreement will be open to Greenfields and PAE members (full list of members can be accessed via www.paessex.gov.uk) and will be set up on the basis that members may access by either a direct call-off procedure using the maximum price or by mini-competition on cost only for each works package.
