Purchase of electricity to the objects of the contracting authority.

1. The object of the order is the purchase of electricity to the contracting authority.

2. For yellow-colored objects in OPZ, this is the first change of the electricity retailer. The Contracting Authority has terminated the existing agreements at 30 June 2021.

3. Other contracts of the contracting authority for the sale of electricity shall be concluded for a fixed period and shall apply until 30 June 2021.

4. The Contracting Authority shall inform that distribution agreements are concluded for an indefinite period.

5. The estimated electricity demand for the following facilities between 1 July 2021 and 31 December 2022 is approximately 3,019,530 kWh, including for the lighting tariff C11o is approximately 1,396,932 kWh and for the rest of the facilities around the clock is approximately 1,622,598 kWh.

6. The Contracting Authority shall inform that it shall provide any data necessary to effectively carry out the change to the electricity seller.
