Oslo and Akershus University College leases all their premises and the objective of the procurement is to cover the University College's requirement for craftsmen services within the area ventilation and cooling. The requirement includes periodic service on systems, continuous repairs and works in addition to projects. The agreement may also include materials as well as ventilation and cooling equipment. It may also be relevant to provide consultancy in relation to indoor climate.

Based on historical figures and estimates regarding future requirements, Oslo and Akershus University College estimates the procurement total value will be between 1 500 000 NOK and 2 000 000, excluding VAT per annum. 2/3 of these apply to ventilation and 1/3 applies to cooling. These amounts do not carry any obligations for the University College or rights for the service provider. The total scope is subject to the University College's requirement from year to year.

In the case of projects with a cost framework in excess of 500 000 NOK excluding VAT, the University College reserves the right to announce a separate competitive tender procedure of its own for the procurement.

The procurement comprises 2 subject areas:

1. Ventilation.

2. Cooling.

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one subject area or both. The University College will enter into a contract with one supplier for each subject area. In the tender letter the tenderer shall state which subject areas the tender applies to.
