The following services for the testing of raw cow's milk (hereinafter referred to as "tests/raw milk tests") are purchased for monitoring and controlling safety and quality: 1. determination of the number of somatic cells; 2. Examination of inhibitory (inhibitory) substances; 3. Determination of the freezing point of milk (indicator of the naturalness of milk). The specified tests on the safety and quality indicators of milk must be carried out in a laboratory accredited in accordance with the current standard LST EN ISO/IEC 17025 "General requirements for the competence of the testing, testing and calibration laboratories" or equivalent, in the milk of each milk producer selling raw cow's milk for processing. The average monthly number of producers selling milk for processing is planned at 12,250.
