This assignment concerns the tendering of one (1) supplier for the provision of End User Devices and the performance of services for End User Devices.

End User Devices is understood to mean: Devices and peripheral matters that in an ICT environment can be attributed to use by one (1) user.

The purpose of this tender is to conclude:

One (1) framework agreement for a maximum of four (4) years with one (1) supplier for the provision and performance of services for at least laptops, tablets, mobile phones, thin clients, screens, desktops, docking stations, keyboards, mice, accessories and other ICT hardware.
