The agreement consists of providing an e-HRM system in the form of a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution and carrying out the salary processing.
The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 6 years and a maximum of 12 years, calculated from operational use of the service (1-1-2023), plus the duration of the implementation period. The effective date of the agreement is mid-2022.
The GR Cooperation Kempengemeenten (hereafter also: GRSK) acts on behalf of the participating municipalities (Bergeijk, Bladel, Eersel, Oirschot and Reusel-De Mierden) and Bizob. Within the GRSK, the P&O department is currently responsible for the personnel and payroll administration for the GR, the participating municipalities and Bizob. Since the GRSK ceases to exist in its current form after 1 January 2023, its possible legal successor will act as the client after this date. As part of the changes to the GRSK, P&O de Kempen will cease to exist. The participating organizations in this tender wish to submit part of P&O de Kempen's tasks to the supplier of the e-HRM system.
