Manufacture, delivery and assembly of a building - 3 floors with two elevators in modular construction as a turnkey design from OK foundations, as a general contractor with all the trades of building construction, as well as technical equipment based on the planning services of the architect and the specialist planner for technical equipment (TA); as well as medical technology without large devices). Proportionate planning services of the contractor (GU) in the sense of an extended work and assembly planning over the entire building (on the basis of a design plan), preparation of an execution plan for the execution of the own services, as well as an overall documentation.

The construction of the basement as well as the foundation as a floor slab is carried out on site beforehand.
