The tender will take place through an open procedure with the award criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, with submission of the offer on the SAP SRM system, pursuant to art. 2 of L.P. 2/2020, of L.P. 2/2016, of art. 30 bis of L.P. 26/93, of Title IV, chapter V of the D.P.P. 11 May 2012 n. 9/84-leg, and in compliance with the minimum environmental criteria (CAM) construction sector of the D.M. 23 June 2022. The contract is subject to the discipline of the special sectors referred to in Articles. 114 and following of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in conjunction with the provincial legislation see, art. 1 c. 2bis of L.P. 2/2016. Therefore, when the provisions governing contracts in special sectors (Part II title VI chapter I) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 refer to other provisions of the same Code, the references refer to the provincial legislation on public contracts, as compatible.
