The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Radzanowo Commune, including: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Radzanowo Commune, where residents live, 2) collection and management of municipal waste transferred by residents of the Radzanowo Commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Woźniki (PSZOK), in a manner ensuring that the levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and the currently applicable executive acts to this Act

The subject of the contract is the performance of the task called: "Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Radzanowo Commune". The scope of the subject of the contract, including the obligations of the Contractor, are described in detail in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, including a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract. The basis for determining the amount of remuneration due to the Contractor will be the rate for 1 Mg of collected and managed individual types of municipal waste.
