The formation of the individual lots was the regional affiliation of the properties to the Regional Infrastructure Management (RIM) in the Regional Directorates (RD) and the total consumption of 2018 (lot 1: about 32 GWh, lot 2: about 31 GWh, lot 3: approx. 36 GWh and Lot 4: approx. 19 GWH) of the individual lots.

Lot 1 are the points of sale of the RIM:

- Berlin and Potsdam (RD BB),

- Kiel and Rostock (RD N),

- Chemnitz (RD S),

- Magdeburg (RD SAT).
