The subject of the measure "MKF - Modular knowledge transfer plus driver's license" according to § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 SGB III is the combination of elements for

- Introduction to the training and labor market (§ 45 Paragraph 1 Clause No. 1 SGB III);

- Determination, reduction or elimination of obstacles to placement (Section 45 (1) Clause 2 SGB III);

- Placement in employment requiring compulsory insurance (Section 45 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 3 SGB III);

- Promotion of continuing vocational training (§§ 81 ff);

- Operational testing (section 45 (4) sentence 3).
