Janitorial services as well as periodic inspections are advertised in 1,224 THV and Soda properties managed by BIM — Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH in the districts of Pankow, Lichtenberg and Marzahn - Hellersdorf.

The different properties differ in their intensity of use, as well as in size, location, accessibility and, in particular, the equipment. These are leased and vacant built-up plots as well as outdoor areas.

The scope of services includes the maintenance of the properties as part of regular janitorial services (1-2 times a week) as well as periodic inspections (monthly, quarterly, annually) depending on the intensity of use.

The advertised services include janitorial services and periodic inspections divided into three object categories (object category A: “janitorial services”, object category B: “periodic inspections”; object category C: “periodic inspections”) for guaranteeing the traffic safety obligations with, among others, the following Tasks:

- Organizational tasks

- Perception of road safety obligations

- control tasks and functional tests as well as building services

- waste disposal

- maintenance activities in the area of small construction maintenance

- Craftsmanship electrical; plumbing locksmith/carpenter, painting

- other work
