1) The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests covering work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery and semination, to performance in the area of Zamrzenica Forest District in the year 2022

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, and nursery and semining, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

1.3.1. work size by group of activities, activities and location;

x. 3.2. timber collection sortyment system;

Ox 3.3. a statement of the distance and conditions of the wood spun;

Zal. 3.4. statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Zal. 3.5. information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3) The in-kind ranges in Annex 3 are estimated.

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using shredder in the forestry area of Bukowiec and Branica, as well as work related to the care of the outlying areas in the Klonia forestry

the provision of forest management services, including conservation work against forest game within the Wierzchlas forest;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of protection against forest game in the forest area of Zamrzenica

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of protection against forest game within Świekatówko Forest;

the provision of forest management services, including works in the field of machinery and partly manual acquisition and timber retraction within the Wierzchlas forest and in the Wandowo and Branica forestry;

the provision of forest management services, including works in the field of machinery and partly manual procurement and timber retraction in the forest areas of Świekatówko and Zamrzenica;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using chipper in the forest area of Janiagóra and Lnianek as well as care work in the outlying areas of the Klonia forestry;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using chipper in the forest area of Jeleniagóra and Sarnówek as well as care work in the outlying areas of the Klonia forestry;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using the shredder in Lubiewice and Rykowisko forestry, as well as the care work in the outlying areas of the Klonia forestry;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using shredder, as well as work related to the care in the outlying areas of the forest area of Klonia, Leontynovo and Pieńkowo;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using chipper in Lisikąt forestry as well as forest nursery in Lisikąt forest nursery

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using chipper in the Wandowo and Zamrza forestry area, as well as the care work in the outlying areas of the Klonia forestry;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using chopper in the forest area of LTODAY and Isolanka, as well as care work in the outlying areas of the Klonia forestry;

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using shredder in the territory of the forestry of Bruchniewo and Brzozowo, as well as the care work in the outlying areas of the Klonia forestry;
