The object of the order is the implementation of the services of the following: Reception and development of municipal waste from the area of Dąbrowa Tarnowska Municipality in 2022

The object of the order is the implementation of the services of the following: the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of the Community of Dąbrowa Tarnowska in 2022, by:

• Municipal waste management services received from property owners residing from the Dąbrowa Tarnowska Community and also from the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Points in Dąbrowa Tarnowska and Szarwark, through recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (uniform text Journal U. of 2021 item 888 z r.), Resolution No XXXIV/509/17 of the Sejmik of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Law of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 with poźn.) and the Terms of Maintenance cleanliness and order in the municipality of Dąbrowa Tarnowska (Journal of Urz. Woj. Monkey of 2020, item 2247 — hereinafter as “Terms and Conditions”).

• Services of receiving municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of Dąbrowa Tarnowska Municipality and also from Selective Collections of Municipal Waste in Dąbrowa Tarnowska and Szarwark and their delivery to the relevant installation, according to the act of September 13, 1996 the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (uniform text of Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 z jn.), will enact No XXXIV/509/17 of the Sejmik of the Małopolskie Voivodeship of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, r.) and regulations of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Dąbrowa Tarnowska (Resolution No XIX/209/20 of the Municipal Council in Dąbrowa Tarnowska of 10 March 2020 on the enactment of the Rules of Procedure of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Dąbrowa Municipality in the Dąbrowa Community Tarnowska; Journal of Urz. Woj. Lesser Poland from 2020, item 2247).

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to amend the Terms of Procedure during the duration of the contract in order to comply with applicable laws.

Estimated amount of waste — 420 Mg/m-c i.e. 5040 Mg/year.
