Technical assistance to support the quantitative and qualitative assessment of progress of the implementation of Article 7 in all member states and national policy measures used for achieving the energy savings targets and to assess whether the current framework provides the necessary tools for the member states to achieve the required savings to provide input for a possible revision of the EED.
