- for all the lots, the consultation will lead to a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the public order code with no minimum amount and no maximum annual amount;

- for all the lots: the framework agreement is a framework agreement with purchase orders placed for a period of one year from the date of its notification.

This framework agreement will be renewable twice, by tacit agreement, for a period of one year and may not exceed a maximum period of three years. The holder of the framework agreement cannot refuse the renewal. Purchase orders can be issued until the last day of validity of the framework agreement.
